Your use of such third-party providers is at your own risk and you may be assessed additional fees by such third-party payment providers for your use of their payment portals. You may choose at any time to make your payments for your account directly through the City of Torrance payment portal at TorranceCA.gov/utilitybillling or TorranceCA.myUtilityDirect.com.
